Day 01: Arrival – Thimphu (54km, 01 hour)

On arrival at Paro airport, our representative from our company will greet you and assist in escorting you to Thimphu. followed by a visit.

• Along a way, stop by Tachogang Lhakhang (the temple). The bridge leading there is a 15th-century iron suspension bridge.
• The Tashichho Dzong (fortress), built on the Wang Chhu riverside in 1641, is the most impressive building in Thimphu.

Evening freely wandered the city. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 02: Thimphu Sightseeing

After breakfast, followed by a visit, lunch will be served at a premium tourist eatery in town.

• Memorial Chorten (Stupa) was built in 1974 in memory of the Third King of Bhutan.
• The Buddha Dordenma statue is one of the world’s largest Buddha Rupas.
• Simply Bhutan is a living museum and a photo studio.
• Zorig Chusum is a thirteen-domain classification of arts, crafts, and technological abilities.
• National Library of Bhutan, founded 1967, preserves Bhutan’s cultural and religious heritage.
• Archery stadium (live witness to the national game of Bhutan)
• Bhutanese authentic craft street

Day 03: Thimphu – Gangtey Gonpa (Phobjikha valley), (134km, 05 hours)

After breakfast drive to Phobjikha valley through the Dochu-la pass (3,088 m). The highest peaks of the Himalayas are most magnificently visible on a clear day.

• Druk Wangyal Chorten (Temple) at Dochu La/Nature walks

Lunch will be served along the way. The journey continuous towards Phobjikha Valley, valley is suited in a stunning location surrounded by snow-capped mountains and verdant meadows. It serves as the famous Black-necked Cranes’ winter home.

• Black naked carne information center and explore Phobjikha valley.

Overnight stay in Phobjikha.

Day 04: Phobjikha valley

After breakfast followed by a visit.

• Khewang Lhakhang (Temple), built to combat famine and illness, is surrounded by a river and believed to have a lake beneath.
• Hike the Gangtey Nature Trail, which departs from the valley nearby temple and ends at Gangtey monastery. The hike leads to lush foliage, a nearby school, and a significant valley vista.
• Gangtey monastery, one of the most well-known and largest Nyingmapa monasteries in the nation, is situated on a small hilltop surrounded by a sizable settlement

Free evening for valley exploring and relaxation. Visit the farm house and enjoy dinner with the locals.  Overnight stay in Phobjikha valley

Day 05: Phobjikha valley – Tsirang (167km, 5 hours)

After breakfast, enjoy drive to Tsirang and pause along the route for photographs.

• Risum Pemai Dumra (Park), inaugurated in 2016, is a must-see destination in Tsirang, featuring a gazebo, fountain, and artificial lake.
• Tsirang Dzong (Fortress), administrative headquarters inaugurated in 2008, is located near Damphu and offers stunning views.
• Namgyel Chholing Rabdey Dratsang (monastery) hosts annual rituals and Tsirang Tsechu.

Evening explores around village, interact with native people. Overnight in Homestay.

Day 06: Tsirang – Punakha (126km, 3 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Punakha. followed by a visit along the way.

• Lung Si Gang Viewpoint, also known as Hawa Dangraa, offers stunning Punachu river views, white stupa, and gazebo for relaxation.

• Take a short hike to Chimi Temple. It is popularly believed that childless couples who worship at this shrine are typically blessed with a child fairly quickly.

• Sangchen Dorji Lhendrup Nunnery, a Buddhist college and meditation center, is situated on a grassy site with a friendly community

• Punakha Dzong, the second oldest fortress, was built in 1637 and situated between the female and male rivers/ (the traditional wooden bridge).
• suspension bridge, one of the longest of its kind in Bhutan.

Day 07: Punakha – Paro (125km, 03 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Paro, followed by a visit.

• Take a short hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten through rice fields before climbing steeply up.
• Royal Botanical Park (lhamperi)
• Airport Bird’s Eye view point and River side.
• Paro Dzong was built in 1646. As you approach the fortress, you will cross a traditional wooden bridge.

Day 08: Hike to Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery)

Drive to a hiking location after breakfast. The Taktsang Monastery is perched on a ledge of rock. It is believed that Guru Rinpoche, the second Buddha in Bhutan, is claimed to have arrived in the 8th century flying on the back of a tigress and meditated where Taktsang Monastery currently stands.

Lunch will be served in the town’s top tourist eatery. followed by a visit.

• National Museum (Ta-Dzong), home to one-of-a-kind collections of historical clothing, textiles, Thangkha paintings, and more

Evening freely strolls around Paro. spending the night in Paro.

Day 09: Departure

After a breakfast, drive to Paro airport for a flight to your onward destination.
