Day 01: Arrival – Thimphu (54km, 01 hour)

On arrival at Paro airport, our representative from our company will greet you and assist in escorting you to Thimphu. followed by a visit.

• On the way there, stop by Tachogang Lhakhang (the temple). The bridge leading there is a 15th-century iron suspension bridge.
• The Tashichho Dzong (fortress), built on the Wang Chhu riverside in 1641, is the most impressive building in Thimphu.

Evenings are free for exploring the city. Overnight stay in Thimphu

Day 02: Thimphu (GOLF DAY)

After breakfast, drive just a few miles from the accommodation to the Royal Thimphu Golf Club (RTGC). A representative of RTGC will give some guidance prior to the game. After that, have a good time the entire day playing a golf.

Evenings are free for exploring the city. Overnight stay in Thimphu

Day 03: Thimphu – Punakha (71km, 2 hours)

After breakfast, followed by a visit,

• The Buddha Dordenma statue is one of the world’s largest Buddha Rupas.
• Simply Bhutan is a living museum and a photo studio.
• Bhutanese authentic craft street

Lunch will be served at a top tourist restaurant in Thimphu.

Drive to Punakha via Dochu-la Pass (3,088 m). A clear day offers the most spectacular view over the highest peaks of the Himalayas.

• Druk Wangyal Chorten (Temple) at Dochu La/Nature walks
• Punakha Dzong, the second oldest fortress, was built in 1637 and situated between the female and male rivers (Traditional Wooden Bridge).
• Suspension bridges, among the longest of their sort in Bhutan, link the villages and the dzong.

Evening freely scrolls around town. Overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 04: Punakha – Paro (125km, 03 hours)

After breakfast, drive to Paro, followed by a visit.

• Drive to the starting point and hike uphill to Khamsum Yulley Chorten (Stupa) through the village of Kabjisa. The stupa showcases Bhutan’s architecture and arts. Enjoy stunning views of Punakha Valley and the Mochu River.

NB: River rafting will be offered in Punakha; however, you are liable for the cost.

• Royal Botanical Park (lhampheri)
• Airport Bird’s Eye view point and River side.

Day 05: Hike to Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest)

Drive to a hiking location after breakfast. The Taktsang Monastery is perched on a ledge of rock. It is believed that Guru Rinpoche, the second Buddha in Bhutan, is claimed to have arrived in the 8th century flying on the back of a tigress and meditated where Taktsang Monastery currently stands.

Lunch will be served in the town’s top tourist eatery. followed by a visit.

• National Museum (Ta-Dzong), home to one-of-a-kind collections of historical clothing, textiles, Thangkha paintings, and more

Evening freely strolls around Paro. Overnight stay in Paro.

Day 06: Departure

After an early breakfast, drive to Paro airport for a flight to your onward destination
