Day 01: Arrival – Paro
On arrival at Paro airport, our representative from our company will greet you and assist in escorting you to the closest accommodation. an afternoon, followed by a visit.

Day 02: Paro – Excursion to Cheli la pass – Thimphu (127km, 3 hours)
After breakfast, drive upward to Chilela Pass. On a clear day, there is a superb view of Mts. Jhomolhari and Jichu Drake. through blue pine forest (spruce, hemlock, silver fir, juniper, and dwarf rhododendrons) to Chilela Pass. On a clear day, there is a superb view of Mts. Day 04: Thimphu – Phobjikha valley (134km, 05 hours)
After breakfast, drive to Phobjikha Valley via Dochu-la Pass (3,088 m). A clear day offers the most spectacular view over the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Along the way, you may see Pallas’s Gull and Pallas’s Fishing Eagle. Phobjikha Valley is a beautiful place surrounded by snowcapped mountains and green meadows. It’s a winter home for the famous black-necked cranes.
The bird species found in this valley are Blood Pheasant, Satyr Tragopan, Himalayan Honeyguide, Crested Kingfisher, Monal, Yellow-rumped Honeyguide, Blue-capped Rock Thrush, Fire-tailed Myzornis, Tibetan Serin, Great Parrotbill, Alpine Accentor, White-winged Grosbeak, White-browed Bush Robin, Green-tailed Sunbird, Fire-tailed Sunbird, Rufous-vented Yuhina, Whiskered Yuhina, Scaly Thrush, Tickell’s Thrush, Fire-capped Tit, Amur falcon, Rusty-flanked Treecreeper, Ward’s Trogon, Blue Rock Thrush, Black-faced Laughingthrush, Spotted Laughingthrush, Fire-breasted Flowerpecker, Red-headed Bullfinch, Scarlet Finch, White-tailed Nuthatch, and more.

Day 05: Phobjikha valley – Punakha (87km, 03 hours)

Day 07: Hike to Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest)
Drive to a hiking location after breakfast. The Taktsang Monastery is perched on a ledge of rock. It is believed that Guru Rinpoche, the second Buddha in Bhutan, is claimed to have arrived in the 8th century flying on the back of a tigress and meditated where Taktsang Monastery currently stands.
Lunch will be served in the town’s top tourist eatery.
The area is home to various bird species, including Black-faced Laughing Thrush, Chestnut-crowned Laughing Thrush, Brown Parrot Bill, Chestnut-tailed Minla, Common Kestrel, Kalij Pheasant, White-collared Blackbird, and Grey-backed Shrike. Other elusive birds include marshland species like black-tailed crake and solitary snipe, Blue Whistling Thrush, Hodgson’s Redstart, Hoopoe, Rufous Sibia, White-collared Blackbird, Rufous-breasted Accentor, Long-tailed and Grey-backed Shrikes, and Yellow-billed Blue Magpie, and more.
